At Roding Motor World Limited, we offer a non-advised service, which means we cannot give you advice or recommendations on products. We will, however, gather information from you to understand your needs and present a selection of products that
are relevant to your requirements. You will then make your own decision on how to proceed. You will receive pre-contract credit information detailing the terms and conditions of the product you choose, along with any additional fees and interest.
Credit Broking – The services we provide:
Roding Motor World Limited will provide you with general information relating to finance products, we will also provide you with details from a range of lenders which are most appropriate for your requirements for funding. For us to assess your needs comprehensively, we may look to obtain information from you which we feel is relevant. This may include but is not exclusive to, details regarding your personal circumstances and what you are looking to achieve from the lease, this will enable us to then identify the best possible finance solutions applicable to you.
What Products Do We Offer?
We provide a limited number of finance products from a selected panel of lenders. We are committed to presenting all the product options available to you, encouraging you to review them to ensure that your chosen product meets your needs. Roding Motor World Limited acts as a credit broker, not a lender.
What Will You Have to Pay Us for Our Services?
We do not charge a fee for introducing you to a finance provider. We may receive a fixed commission from the lender, calculated based on the vehicle model, the finance product, or the amount you borrow. This commission does not influence the interest rate you are offered, as all rates are set by the lender. Our goal is to secure finance for you at the most competitive interest rate from our panel of lenders. Details of the commission we receive will be disclosed to you upon request.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly in writing, investigate the matter, and aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks. If we cannot resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will update you on the status.
